James "Jim" VanceMA, LPC, LSW, AADC, SAP, CEAP- Jim Vance is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Social Worker with advanced certifications in addiction counseling.
- He has extensive experience in addiction treatment, family therapy, group therapy, mood disorders, employee assistance program (EAP) work, and crisis management.
- A proud graduate of Marshall University, he earned both his bachelor's degree in secondary education and his master's degree in counseling there.
- Originally from Kanawha County, he enjoys listening to music, reading, outdoor sports, and spending time with his family.

Megan JonesMS, LPC- Megan Jones joined Pyramid Counseling LLC in March 2021 and earned her Master's in Mental Health Counseling the same year.
- She provides individual counseling for clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and substance use. She also facilitates DUI classes with compassion and expertise.
- Outside of work, Megan enjoys crafting and spending time with her cats.

Michelle Dolph-BurgessMA, NCC, Provisionally Licensed Counselor | Trauma-Informed & Substance Abuse Therapy- Michelle Dolph-Burgess is a Provisionally Licensed Counselor at Pyramid Counseling, where she is dedicated to supporting children, families, and individuals through trauma-informed care. She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Marshall University and is both a certified school counselor and mental health counselor trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
- Michelle specializes in working with clients affected by child abuse, neglect, and exposure to violence. She also provides substance abuse counseling and facilitates DUI group therapy, delivering compassionate, evidence-based support to promote healing and recovery.
- Originally from Europe and a proud graduate of Nicholas County High School, Michelle is passionate about giving back to her local community. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, serving as a soccer referee, traveling, and boating at the lake.
